Thank you for shopping with MATCHI. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, fulfill, and ship orders placed through our website.
By placing an order on drinkmatchi.com, you agree to the shipping terms below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Standard processing times are estimated at:
In-stock products: 2–4 business days before shipment
Pre-order or launch products: Shipping timeline shown on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation email
Subscription orders: Processed according to your subscription renewal schedule
Processing times may be longer during product launches, pre-order periods, holiday periods, high-volume sales periods, carrier disruptions, weather events, or manufacturing delays.
2. Pre-Orders and Launch Orders
MATCHI may offer pre-orders, early access orders, limited drops, or launch reservations before products are fully available for shipment.
Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production timing, quality control, packaging, carrier availability, ingredient sourcing, or fulfillment operations.
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated estimated timeframe, we will provide an update when required and may offer you the option to continue waiting, modify your order, cancel your order, or receive a refund.
3. Shipping Destinations
At launch, MATCHI ships to addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We currently do not guarantee shipping to all international addresses, military addresses, P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or restricted delivery locations. If your address cannot be serviced, we may contact you to request an alternative address or cancel and refund your order.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Shipping costs may vary based on:
- Delivery location
- Order size and weight
- Carrier rates
- Shipping method selected
- Promotional offers
- Subscription or bundle eligibility
From time to time, MATCHI may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, or promotional shipping rates. These offers may be limited by order value, location, product type, subscription status, or promotion period.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Typical delivery estimates may vary based on carrier service, location, weather, fulfillment volume, and other factors outside MATCHI’s control.
MATCHI is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, if your order appears lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@drinkmatchi.com and we will help investigate.
6. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email after your order ships.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check around your delivery area, mailbox, package room, front desk, neighbors, or building management before contacting us.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
MATCHI is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@drinkmatchi.com.
We will do our best to update the shipping address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or carrier issue, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or issue a refund minus any non-refundable shipping or handling costs, where permitted by law.
8. Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing items, or otherwise incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@drinkmatchi.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged product, packaging, shipping label, and box condition
Do not consume any product if the can is leaking, swollen, punctured, severely dented, unusually pressurized, opened, or otherwise compromised.
Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
MATCHI is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken after delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first to begin a delivery investigation. You may also contact us at support@drinkmatchi.com, and we will do our best to assist.
For high-risk delivery locations, we recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package.
10. Product Handling After Delivery
MATCHI products should be handled according to the storage and handling instructions shown on the product label, packaging, or product page.
MATCHI is not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage, exposure to extreme temperatures after delivery, mishandling, unauthorized resale, or consumption after the expiration or best-by date.
11. Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders are processed according to the subscription schedule selected at checkout or managed through your customer account.
Customers are responsible for updating shipping addresses, payment information, delivery preferences, and subscription settings before the next renewal date.
If a subscription order has already entered fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel, reroute, or modify that shipment.
12. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@drinkmatchi.com.
We cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
13. Weather, Carrier, and Fulfillment Delays
Shipping may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor shortages, supply chain delays, holidays, fulfillment volume, or events outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays when possible.
